Last updated 6 September 2026

This is a working draft provided as a starting point. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it in production.

1. Acceptance

By using the Overcall website or platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

2. What Overcall is

Overcall is a platform for skill-based markets that settle onchain against a neutral vault. Positions are priced by decentralized oracles and executed by public smart contracts. Overcall is not a broker, bank, exchange, or custodian, and does not hold your funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use products of this kind where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Access may be restricted in some regions.

4. Risk

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and transactions. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful activity.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overcall is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, the networks it relies on, or third-party providers.
